1) Is the AI learning tool only for students with bad grades?

Absolutely not! We support the entire spectrum - from students who are struggling to catch up, to top students who want to maintain their excellent grades with minimal time commitment. Efficiency is an advantage for everyone, no matter what level you start at.

2) What is the advantage over traditional tutoring?

Traditional tutoring usually only takes place once a week. Our Buddies are available 24/7, precisely at the moment a question arises. Furthermore, the AI is more patient than any human and adapts explanations individually to your personal interests. And then, of course, there's a decisive cost advantage.

3) Why is it not free of charge?

Behind every "aha moment" lies a highly complex infrastructure. To provide you with specialized Buddys at the highest level, we incur ongoing costs for the enormous processing power of the AI servers, as well as for continuous editorial maintenance and the further development of the learning content. Since we place great importance on data privacy (hosting in the EU) and a commercial-free, secure learning environment, we finance ourselves exclusively through our fair usage plans.

4) Is the investment worthwhile?

Calculate for yourself: A professional tutoring session usually costs between 40 and 80 Euros, sometimes even up to 100 Euros. With us, for the same price, you often get 1 to 2 months of full access – and the best part: You can study unlimited hours whenever you want. While a tutor leaves after 60 minutes (some even after only 45 minutes), your Buddies stay by your side 24/7 until every question is answered. And that's at no extra cost.

5) Does the knowledge really stick when an AI helps?

Yes, even better than mere rote learning. Our Buddies are programmed for „understanding instead of copying“. Through guided solutions and everyday analogies, you understand the „why“ behind the material and can apply this knowledge long-term.

6) How much time do I save by using the platform?

With the Content Buddy, students, especially, save tedious hours that they would otherwise spend manually summarizing slides. Pupils save time because they don't have to search for hours for understandable explanations or suitable exercises – everything is in one place. Travel time to a traditional tutor is also eliminated, which in turn saves time.

7) Will what I learn also help me later in life?

Our goal is for you to develop true methodological competence. You don't just learn for the next exam, but develop a deep understanding of connections and learn how to efficiently use the latest AI tools – a key qualification for your future career.

8) What exactly does „Learning tailored to you“ mean?

The AI considers your prior knowledge and hobbies. If you're interested in gaming, a physics problem might be explained to you using game mechanics. This creates genuine "aha!" moments because the material suddenly becomes relevant to you.

9) How do the three Buddies differ from each other?

The Exercise Buddy helps you step-by-step with tasks. The Explainer Buddy prepares theory in an understandable and personalized way. The Content Buddy creates ready-made exercise sheets or, for students, entire learning scripts from your documents (e.g., lecture slides).

10) Can the AI understand handwritten assignments?

Yes, you can simply upload a photo of your homework or a book page to the Exercise Buddy. Our AI recognizes text, sketches, formulas, diagrams, and everything relevant to your task.

11) What is the advantage over a normal AI like ChatGPT?

Our Buddies are specialized: They don't just provide solutions, but are didactically programmed for "understanding instead of copying". Furthermore, they take your personal learning profile and interests into account.

12) How does the script generator from lecture slides work?

You upload the PDF file with your lecture slides to the Content Buddy's script generator. The AI recognizes even implied content, formulates it completely, and creates a structured Word document for you, including an exam check, so you can prepare for your upcoming exam as effectively and time-efficiently as possible.

13) Which package is best suited for whom?

Pupils benefit most from the Exercise and Explainer Buddy, as well as the Exercise Generator, which is included in the Content Buddy. The Uni/FH package is optimized for university/college students. Students benefit most from the Content Buddy's script generator, which conjures up learnable study materials from lecture slides. However, the Explainer Buddy also helps students with comprehension problems, and the Exercise Buddy is the ideal sparring partner before exams.

14) How do the Starter Packages and Credits work?

With a Starter Package, you gain access to our AI learning infrastructure for one or more subjects or one or more fields of study. In addition, most Starter Packages already include Credits, which are credited to your digital wallet immediately after ordering the Starter Package. By purchasing a Starter Package, you enter into a contract for the respective subject or field of study, which costs the number of Credits specified in the Starter Package per month. On the first day of each month, we debit the number of stored Credits from your wallet for each activated Starter Package. If there are not enough Credits, the contracts are simply paused until you purchase more Credits. The great advantage for you is that you can use all Credits, regardless of whether they were included in a Starter Package or you purchase them later, across all contracts. For example, if you have already booked "Mathematics" and Credits are running low, you can either purchase more Credits, or you can purchase, for example, the Starter Package for "Physics", which also contains Credits that you can then use for Physics and Mathematics (or any other subjects you have booked). If you order during the current month, the fee for the first month will be charged pro-rata, so you only pay for the remaining days until the first of the next month.

15) Can I cancel at any time?

Even better: You can pause individual or all contracts at any time. This means they are no longer available to you from the first day of the following month, and consequently, no Credits will be deducted for them.

16) Is there a minimum contract duration?

No, you can simply stop using the platform at any time. Please note, however, that we cannot pay out any balances from your wallet.

17) Are my uploaded data and documents secure?

Data protection is our highest priority. Your uploaded slides, exercises, or other information are only used for your personal learning chats or for content generation and are never passed on to third parties.

18) Do I receive invoices for my payments?

Yes, you can find your invoices in the „Invoices“ section of your learning area, at the latest a few days after each payment. 

19) How can I get started?

First, choose here a Starter Package for your subject or field of study, add it to your shopping cart, and then simply follow the ordering process. After your payment, it may take up to an hour for your contract to be activated. And then you can use all functions without restrictions.
